CROSSFIT A class created with the CrossFit athlete in mind. This class may incorporate advanced movements and strength programming, but if you have never performed any advanced Olympic or strength lifts, don’t worry. We will be coaching the movements before each class and can modify anything to match the athlete’s current skill set. All members are encouraged to challenge themselves on a daily basis. Your peers will help push your physical limitations to places you didn’t know existed and the reward will be worth every minute of it!

BARBELL A class developed for the weightlifter in all of us. Regardless of your current barbell skill set, this class will help fine tune, tweak, and adjust your technique. Each class will range from 45-60 minutes in length and will focus on Olympic weightlifting, Power Lifting, and Kettlebells. YOGA Feeling the stress of a long day or just need to work on your flexibility? Gauntlet Yoga is designed with your rest and recovery in mind. You work hard and play hard, shouldn’t you also recover hard? Of course you should! Each class is approximately 60 minutes long and it will guide you through a blissful flow of transcending poses. This exclusive class is available to all CrossFit members or Barbell Club Only Members.
